From extensive community outreach and involvement, housing became defined as a, if not the, top priority to the Sun Valley residents and community. SVED and housing partners plan to implement new and replacement housing projects as a part of some of the earliest development efforts in Sun Valley. The first phase of housing is already planned and transitioning to design.
